14-Day Measurable AI-Augmented Coaching Challenge
Fourteen scored coaching missions, recommended over 14 days with a 21-day completion window. Practical missions follow baseline → diagnosis → AI critique → human authority → intervention → re-test → performance Δ → reflection.
